3. Payment Terms

If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.

Ensure that access to the property is granted at the agreed time to facilitate the work.
Inform us promptly of any issues or concerns with the services provided.
Ensure that any legal and regulatory requirements for the work to be performed are met.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Atrej Bright Technical Services will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party actions, or failure of utilities.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and property information. We will not disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement, subject to any applicable penalties or fees as outlined in the service agreement. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date will remain due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
